AT Mini Matrix Ctrl

A small 20mm 8×8 LED matrix controlled by an 32pin TQFP ATmega48/88 with a 32.768KHz crystal that’s battery powered to display some animations or text on specific dates such as on new years eve or on a birthday.

– Added PIR module so it only turns on when people are around
